These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bbd9 ("bbd9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available at bbd9.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the bbd9 platform, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the bbd9 platform. bbd9 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

To register and use the bbd9 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the bbd9 platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and agents acting on behalf of a third party are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bbd9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by bbd9 for breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

bbd9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the bbd9 platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited without compensation.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. bbd9 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bbd9 operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at bbd9's discretion:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in any request issued by bbd9 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your bbd9 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to standard KYC checks having been passed.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your bbd9 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. bbd9 will never contact you via any channel requesting your password.

You must notify bbd9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, all activity on your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

bbd9 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily lock an account if our automated systems detect unusual login patterns, access from an unfamiliar device or IP address, or any other behaviour that may indicate a security risk to the account holder. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address to verify your identity before restoring access.

bbd9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bbd9, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bbd9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from an account registered in another person's name may be reversed, and the associated bbd9 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to your bbd9 account balance within a few seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, deposits are typically credited within two (2) hours. If your deposit has not been credited within two hours, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

bbd9 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any deposit that triggers our automated fraud or anti-money-laundering screening systems. In such cases, the deposit will be held in a pending state until the verification is completed.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. bbd9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods other than those already associated with your bbd9 account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted before any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met will be declined, and the bonus funds associated with uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from your balance.

6.1 Processing Times

bbd9 aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance flags being present on the account. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your payment provider. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically received within one (1) to four (4) hours of processing.

6.2 Withdrawal Verification

bbd9 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is applied consistently across all accounts. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until satisfactory documentation is provided.

bbd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games or bet types (for example, combinations, system bets, or games with very high RTPs) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards meeting the wagering requirement.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or abuse bbd9 bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a single-account bonus, placing low-risk combinations of bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or engaging in arbitrage — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In such cases bbd9 may: (a) void all bonuses and associated winnings; (b) suspend or permanently close the account; and (c) withhold the account balance pending investigation.

All sports bets placed on the bbd9 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type, as published in the bbd9 sportsbook rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the settlement of that bet.

Bets are accepted and settled at bbd9's sole discretion. bbd9 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, refuse bets, or void settled bets in circumstances including (but not limited to): obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, late notification of events affecting market pricing, or system or data feed errors.

8.1 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time and odds may be suspended or removed without notice. bbd9 is not responsible for any delay between a real-world sporting event and the updating of in-play odds on the platform. Bets accepted during a suspension window or after the event to which they relate has been concluded may be voided at bbd9's discretion.

8.2 Settlement

bbd9 aims to settle all sports markets promptly after the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (for example: ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for BPL fixtures, FIFA for international football). In the event of a result revision by the governing body within a commercially reasonable period after initial settlement, bbd9 reserves the right to re-settle affected markets accordingly.

All casino games available on the bbd9 platform — including live dealer games, slots, and RNG table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to the rules and Return to Player (RTP) rates established by the respective provider.

The outcome of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games is determined by independently certified random number generation software. bbd9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical events occurring at the live studio (card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls, etc.) and are not subject to platform-side manipulation.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, bbd9's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Open bets will be settled in accordance with the game outcome where technically determinable. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. bbd9 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbd9 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms for which bbd9 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending bets, and forfeit your account balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or other software to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, data feed error, or pricing error to place bets or play games at incorrect prices.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider trading, or collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your bbd9 account via your payment provider.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bbd9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or any part of the bbd9 platform to which you are not authorised.

bbd9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period the account is inaccessible for all betting and gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bbd9 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The bbd9 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bbd9.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbd9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bbd9 platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bbd9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bbd9 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbd9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. bbd9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Your use of the bbd9 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how bbd9 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the platform. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

bbd9 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, and storage limitation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention partners as described in the Privacy Policy.

bbd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bbd9 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bbd9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.2.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the digital economy.

In the event of a dispute between you and bbd9 regarding the settlement of a bet, the interpretation of these Terms, or any other matter relating to your account, you should first contact bbd9 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bbd9 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through bbd9's internal process, you may escalate the matter through such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available to you under applicable consumer protection principles. bbd9's decision on all sporting event settlement matters shall be final and binding.
